Low Cost Spay & Neuter Program

Hart County Animal Rescue, Inc. has partnered with the veterinarians listed to encourage families in Hart and surrounding counties to have their pets spayed or neutered by offering these services at a cost of $85 for a female dog, $70 for a male dog, $60 for a female cat, and $40 for a male cat for a routine spay/neuter with anesthesia of the pet identified. The certificate with a signature of a Hart County Animal Rescue member, assures payment to the vet by Hart County Animal Rescue for a routine spay/neuter with anesthesia of the pet. Included with this certificate is a one-year rabies vaccine if needed, routine spay or neuter and aftercare pain medications. No other services are covered under this certificate. Additional Charges for spaying of pregnant/in heat females, treatment of fleas, or other necessary medical services may be required by the veterinarian as a condition of the surgery and are the financial responsibility of the pet owner. Pet owner is responsible for scheduling the appointment with the veterinarian of their choice within 6 months of the date on this certificate.
